Arena is 3 years new and is high quality through out. The arena is insulated and has 6 ft. 2 x 6 walls for added support. There are a total of 14 custom stalls with Nelson automatic waterers, concrete floors for easy cleaning, ceiling fans, hay/feeder flip doors for easy feeding and automatic fly system installed above stalls. The two end stalls can be easily converted to double stalls for birthing purposes which are equipped with cameras and water intake monitors so you are able to keep a close eye on future profits. There is a built-in oversized industrial fan to ensure constant air flow on those hot days. There are 3 hot/cold wash bays and 4 cross-tie areas with easy access to the over sized tack room. The office is heated/air conditioned and has an over sized bathroom. Surround sound through out arena and office.
